1. Information We Collect

We respect your privacy and collect only the essential information required to operate the platform and maintain account entitlements:

• Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, and subscriber ID transmitted via Whop OAuth upon subscription.
• Billing Information: Payment details are processed directly by Whop and its underlying payment processors (e.g., Stripe). GammaWalls never sees or stores your full credit card details.
• Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and platform navigation logs collected automatically for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated, non-identifying website usage data (pages viewed, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, referral source) collected via Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not have access to your account, billing, or dashboard data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Verify your active subscription status and grant dashboard access.
• Monitor system health, prevent credential sharing, and detect unauthorized scraping.

GammaWalls does not currently send you email directly. Any billing-related emails — receipts, renewal reminders, cancellation confirmations — are sent by Whop, our billing provider, under its own privacy practices. If that changes and we begin sending you email directly, this page will be updated to reflect it before that starts.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share minimal necessary data with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Whop: For customer authentication, licensing, and billing.
• Vercel: For hosting, frontend delivery, and serverless API execution.
• Google Analytics: For aggregated website traffic and usage analytics. See Google’s own Privacy Policy for how it handles this data.

4. Cookies & Security

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in securely, and Google Analytics cookies to measure aggregate site usage. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to safeguard all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your subscription remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes. Data no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymized.

6. Children’s Privacy

GammaWalls is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

7. GDPR & CCPA User Rights
