1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gammawalls.com, registering an account, or subscribing through Whop.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Licensing

• Billing Gateway: Account entitlements, payment processing, and subscription management are handled securely via Whop (whop.com).
• Subscription Rate: Access to GammaWalls is provided on a flat monthly recurring fee of $37.00/month.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled prior to your billing cycle renewal date through your Whop buyer portal.
• Refund Policy: Due to the real-time nature of proprietary market data and digital analytics, subscription sales are final. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion or as mandated by applicable platform rules.

3. Single-User License & Account Security

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to access GammaWalls for personal, non-commercial use.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, distributing proprietary levels, or broadcasting live market interpretations to third parties, public chat rooms, social channels, or commercial trading groups. Any subscriber found sharing credentials or scraping data will face immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses

All proprietary algorithms, Wall Strength scoring models, dashboard interface code, UI designs, copy, logos, and real-time level evaluations are the exclusive intellectual property of GammaWalls.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source data or algorithms.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or web crawlers to collect platform data.
• Frame, mirror, or commercialize any portion of the service without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GammaWalls, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost trading capital, lost profits, or business interruption — arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GammaWalls operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of GammaWalls after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Financial & Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and GammaWalls regarding your use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and GammaWalls relating to the service.
